Welcome to Diversity Cup (DC) 2016 !!!

We are into the 11th year of Diversity Cup this year and we are excited to share some important updates to all the patrons involved in DC year over year.

Diversity Cup has been growing in popularity over the years and we are pleased to inform you that DC 2016 has been sanctioned by the International Cricket Council (ICC), governing body of International Cricket. We would like to share this proud moment with you and hope that with your invaluable support, this event would reach greater heights in future.

Your support has always been instrumental and inspiring for us to expand our limits. We are proud once again that we are spreading our wings for DC 2016.

  • For the first time in the history of DC, we will be conducting few of the matches under the flood lights. YES!!! We are excited to inform you that DC 2016 matches will be Day & Night on at least one of the venues.
  • DC players come from different parts of this world and it is important to give them enough entertainment and an opportunity to show their mettle before the playoffs. In an effort to do this, we are extending the tournament from two to three days to provide 3 round robin matches.
  • Publicity and marketing are the major tools for success in any event. GSI is in talks with multiple media outlets to publicize the event and the best case scenario is to live telecast the matches in USA, Canada, Europe and Asia via TV channel.
  • An opportunity to pass your legacy to the next generation. Who else to do it better than yourself. GSI is planning to conduct certification for the coaches and umpires and provide an opportunity for the individuals to excel in these fields. During the week of July 19th, these training sessions will be conducted by professional certified coaches and umpires.
  • Raffle has always been a way we raise funds for the event and this year we are happy to announce exciting prizes in raffle.

All of this is only possible with your continued support and wishes. GSI, yet again, is looking for your extended support to make this event a grand success.

Please mark your calendar and join us on July 21, 22, 23, 24th  for 2016 DC.
